Tips for taking your own product shots
- Remember that if your products don’t look as good as they can be, you are shooting yourself in the foot. It’s amazing how many eCommerce site owners post horrible photos of their products, then can’t understand why sales are lacking.
- You don’t need a $10,000 camera to get decent photos for the web, but the better your camera, the better your shots will be, because quality cameras have sharper lenses, and more custom settings so you can get the lighting, shutter speed and apeture settings just right.
